She makes technical decisions through a business lens, impact, ROI and operational reality first.
A Franco-Israeli entrepreneur trained in applied arts and advertising in Paris, Yoram has founded and scaled several multi-million-euro companies in renewable energy and operated in high-value markets such as commodities and crypto. He leads vision, business development, partnerships and market positioning, with a talent for seeing where a market is heading before it becomes obvious.
An AI expert and implementation specialist, Sofi designs production-ready voice agents and bilingual (English/Arabic) conversational systems connecting telephony, databases and dashboards. Her work includes the award-winning Safe Companion (Alzheimer-care voice AI) and Order Direct. Part of the Canadian AI Initiative, supported by the Province of Ontario, she turns AI into systems that deliver real operational results, not just impressive demos.
Sarah is HUMAIN's AI operations lead, the executive right hand that coordinates the entire AI team. She plans, delegates, follows up and reports, running the day-to-day so the humans can focus on what matters. Always on, she is the living proof of the product: an AI teammate you can actually trust.
